Imprivata Announces Agreement to Acquire Isosec Limited

The proposed acquisition will help to accelerate Imprivata’s identity and access management strategy

London, England – December 21, 2020  - Imprivata®, the digital identity company for healthcare, today announced an agreement to acquire privately held Isosec Limited. headquartered in Manchester, UK. This proposed acquisition will improve secure access for remote health care workers, an important deliverable of Imprivata’s integrated identity and access management portfolio for the UK market. The technology will provide customers with more ways to securely access clinical workstations and applications and further streamline secure remote working. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval with a targeted close date of Q1, 2021.
