Chief Marketing Officer
Clay Ritchey brings more than 15 years of experience driving growth and innovation in healthcare technology and services organisations to Imprivata where he serves as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Clay is responsible for driving Imprivata’s global growth and product strategy while leading the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy to cultivate opportunities in new and existing markets.
Prior to joining Imprivata, Clay served as Chief Executive Officer of private-equity held Equinox Healthcare, a post-acute healthcare services company. At Equinox Healthcare, Clay created a scalable platform for growth while significantly increasing profitability, resulting in the successful sale of the company. Prior to Equinox Healthcare, Clay held senior executive marketing and strategy roles at Hill-Rom IT Solutions and Kronos Incorporated, where he launched new products resulting in more than $300 million of incremental revenue growth. Clay received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BSEE, with Highest Distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University.
